Warehouses

The Warehouses sheet contains information about the warehouses that can be operated in the supply chain. It has 3 columns:

Name
the name of the facility.
FixedCost
the costs to be incurred if the facility is opened and operates.
MaximumThroughput
the maximum amount of units that can be sent from the facility.

Demand

The Demand sheet contains information about customers. It has 4 columns:

Name
the name of the customer.
Quantity
the volume demanded by the customer for the product.
Price
the sales price.
ServiceLevel
the service level.

Constraints

The Constraints sheet contains constraints on the supply chain. It has 3 columns:

Type
the type of constraints. There is only one type of constraints: MaximumThroughput which will limit the throughput of a facility.
Name
the name of the facility that has limited throughput.
Value
the value of the constraint.

The name of the bill-of-material (BOM).
Product
The name of the product being used.
Quantity
The quantity of the product being used to create one unit of the output product.

Suppliers

The Suppliers sheet contains information about the suppliers. It has 4 columns:

Name
the name of the supplier.
Product
the name of the product.
UnitCost
the cost per unit to buy from the supplier.
MaximumThroughput
the maximum amount of units that can be shipped from the supplier per period.

Demand
